Job Title: Archive Officer

Job Description

  • Appraisal and research of records and documents to determine their importance and potential value.
  • Preserves and catalogues contract agreements and records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist staff interested in accessing the Archives.
  • Audit and conduct quality assurance of collections, including preservation, conservation, retention and storage best practices.
  • Ensure proper disposal of inactive records that have exceeded the retention period according to the file plan.
  • Maintain and update archival database.
  • Answering Enquiries.
  • Negotiate the acquisition of new records that should be archived.
  • Maintain and manage stationeries and materials.
  • Collection and storage of tender bids from various Vendors.
  • Provides support to tender board administration.

Job Title: Coding Analyst

  • Replication of coded Material numbers to plants and storage locations
  • Flagging and Unflagging of material numbers for deletion for obsolete MMs.
  • Conversion of well Engineering MMs to NGW prefix.
  • Updating of material Moving average price (MAP) in SAP.
  • Review of SAP Material Master Data from the Global EP team
  • Creation and Maintenance of Material Master information in SAP
  • Analyzing the Material Master (MM) requirements (Material Master Records, Lead Time, Bills of Materials, Preservation of Information).
  • Updating Material Leadtime in SAP
  • Data cleansing of de-duplication in SAP.
  • Ensuring correctness of data input into SAP to improve the quality of records and information in SAP.

Job Title: Vendor Due Diligence Personnel

Job Description

  • Performing the Vendor risk assessment process including the review and scoring of inherent risk questionnaires, initiating and managing the due diligence process with cross functional control group and completing overall risk assessment summaries.
  • Supporting the Vendor management team lead with reporting and monitoring of vendor risks; including data collection and analysis, periodic ongoing monitoring and reporting.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of a master vendor list including data scrubbing, validation and de- duplication.
  • Performing evaluation of Third Party and Vendor engagements to identify and manage vendor risk which may include completion of inherent and overall risk assessments and initiating due diligence with cross function SME control groups in accordance with procedures and job aids.
  • Develops and performs reporting for VRM including data collection, consolidation, analysis, spreadsheets and dashboards in support of the VRM process.
  • Completes quality control reviews and testing to ensure procedures are followed.
