Job Description

  • Acting as first point of contac to the MD.
  • Organising events, meetings and appointments.
  • Carrying out duties that may be assigned by the MD.
  • Handle daily management responsibilties and time management.
  • Documentation and note taking.

Qualifications / Specifications

  • Minimum HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.

Required Skills:

  • Organisation and time management
  • Tact and discretion
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of relevant software
  • Administrative skills.
