We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Technical Product Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Reports to: Product Lead

Job Summary & Purpose

  • We are looking for a technically savvy individual with a product mindset to help us continue to grow and launch new features and services.

 

Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated by proficiency in some technical skill (preferably related to web content/programming or data analysis).
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements to improve engagement.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational/project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the product design team to understand product feasibility and limitations.
  • Work with Product Managers in promoting products to improve sales and revenue.
  • Work with Technical writers on end-user and system documentation, review documentation.
  • Assist in the deployment of new products and analyze changes on incremental enhancements for existing products.
  • Participates in test planning and performs acceptance on completed use cases during development cycle.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that delivered system is properly tested and meets the product requirements.
