Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a female Personal Assistant with experience in Accounting and Auditing.
  • She is to work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.



  • B.Sc in Accounting or any relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in Accounting and Auditing
  • Result-oriented and be able to multitask
  • Demonstrated ability to handle issues with tact and discretion
  • Outstanding organizational ability
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Should live within Surulere or environs
  • Not more than 30 years old as of December 2020

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with correspondences on behalf of the MD
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Overseeing hotel financial management
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of hotel financials
  • Overseeing financial regulatory requirements
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support MD
