We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Can In Charge Engineer
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Responsible for packaging equipment installations, planning of production activities and implementation of all angles of total productive maintenance.
- General trouble shooting to solve any quality associated with quality of cans produced
- Providing solutions on Can Line soudronic, Can-O-Mat, Cantec, Uniformer and also palletizer Mectra.
- Planning and co-ordination of production activities
- Inspection of all Can and packaging materials for quality
- Ensure prompt and comprehensive root cause analysis of the reasons for any production downtime with recommendation for actions to prevent further recurrence
- Able to operate and repair Rotary slitting shears machine, Smart 230 Can Body welder Machine, Flanger and seamer Two Station Combiner Machine, Can Layer and palletizer Machine, Filler and Seamer
- Can change from different sizes of Can
- General troubleshooting to solve any quality problems associated with quality of Cans produced.
