Job Title: Customer Care / Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

  • Generate new leads by telemarketing to new customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Work as part of the marketing team to distribute promotional materials during campaigns.
  • Increase the company’s customer database.
  • Possess accurate product knowledge to communicate effectively during customer enquiries.

Requirements
The customer care representative should;

  • Have a good command of the English language
  • Possess a pleasant mien
  • Reside in VI, Gbagada or environs
  • Possess a minimum of OND or its equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Be computer literate and able to use all microsoft packages as well as other mobile communication channels
  • Demonstrate good telephone and email etiquette
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team
