Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop sales proposals and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Prepare sales action plans and schedules
- Negotiate with clients
- Quality checks on product and service delivery
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Conduct market research and surveys
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions and Trade fairs
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Plan and conduct direct sales activities
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in-person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow-up on sales to ensure payment in full by client, timely production and installation on-site by the company
- Maintain sales activity records and reports
- Maintain a customer database and develop client referrals record
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Requirement
- Interested candidates should have good market knowledge of Furniture
