Job Title: Project / Production Supervisor (Advertising / Manufacturing)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- They are currently in need of a project manager to manage the production of products from the point of planning to the point of production
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members
- Manage all handy men related to work projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress
- Manage changes to the project, project schedule and project costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Develop spreadsheets and diagrams to document needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Competency / Skill / Requirements
- At least five years work experience in supervising production-related projects
- B.Sc Engineering or Architecture will be an added advantage
- Project management skills in a production-related environment A MUST
- Good financial planning skills
- Good project management skills
- Excellent people management skills
