Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Generate counter sales for walk-in customers and record transactions in system database and software;
  • Estimate cost and time needed to do the repair, resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
  • Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service centre and direct them to an available technician;
  • Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work;
  • Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftersales  and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options;
  • Respond to questions about service outcomes (after consulting with technician if and where necessary);
  • Advise customers about warranty procedures and potential cost savings processes;
  • Manage and oversee the service centre’s workflow and scheduling;
  • Call customers to inform them of changes in service, service maintenance dates and to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification.

Job Description

  • Providing counsel to hiring managers / search committees regarding development of search timelines, materials, etc.
  • Providing statistical analysis of HR employment data for data-driven decision making and process improvement;
  • Coordination and oversight of HR-led training and development efforts;
  • Coordination of competency-based job description initiative;
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify appropriate training needs, developing training content, and facilitating training and development sessions;

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced executive to provide corporate and balanced legal advisory duties to the Legal Department and effectively meet deadlines accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Review the existing legal cases of the organisation and work upon resolving them
  • Provide legal advice to the management and analyse the risks while signing new business deals
  • Analyse legal information and do the essential paper work and handle litigation management
  • Review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms
  • Drawing up contracts and other legal documents

  • Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment;

  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security;
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, power and all maintenance projects are well-maintained;
