Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 1 – 5 years work experience.
- Jolly Phonics certification or knowledge is an advantage.
- Technology savvy (know how to teach remotely using Zoom, Google Meet and Google Classroom)
Responsibilities
They are expected to:
- Be responsible for cultivating the students interest in education and development.
- Grade assignments, evaluate students progress and plan educational activities.
- Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
- Adapt the curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress.
- Create an Individual Education Plan for all students in your class.
- Create teaching resources.
- Teach the foundation of reading using phonetic knowledge (Jolly Phonics is an advantage for preschool teachers)
- Have experience in remedial teaching and secondary school entrance prep.
- Have a good knowledge of the British Curriculum.
