Job Title: Digital Marketing Instructor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Delivers high-quality workshops based on the curriculum materials, and provides live coding demos when appropriate, to supplement written materials and content to provide students with the skills and knowledge to get their first designer job.
  • Maintains and updates the daily and weekly student syllabus which outlines the required homework and assignments, and deadlines for assessments and projects.
  • Provides up to 2 hours daily of on-demand video and chat support for students as they move through the program assignments.
  • Spends up to 4 hours a day prepping for workshops and updating course materials.
  • Works with the Educator Success and Academic Success Teams to ensure that consistent experience is happening for students in immersive courses.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Instructional Design team on improvements to the course materials and curriculum based on student experience with the materials Requirements.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.

 

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Generates profitable new business through prospecting and inquiry handling within the local market in order to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conducts tours, with a goal of converting prospects into customers by effectively listening and selling the entire product range.
  • Prospects to generate leads through local companies, partnerships, and commercial real estate brokers.
  • Knowledgeable of market trends and stays up-to-date on competitive data.
  • Effectively manages, leads, and continuously updates CRM throughout the sales process.
  • Proactively manages the renewal strategy with an aim of maximizing retention, renewal increases, and center profitability.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 7 years work experience.

Job Title: Human Resource Administrator

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Human Resource Administrators will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. As a priority, HR administrators will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key. Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary, including helping with travel arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Communicating with external partners
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 0-1 year experience as an HR Administrator or HR Administrator’s assistant
  • Understanding various HR software systems.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good understanding of labour laws
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills
