- Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate compliance, company secretarial practice and real estate documentation.
- Understanding of financial regulation, banking, mergers and acquisitions will be an advantage.
- BL / LLB / JD qualification.
Job Title: Disputes Associate

Description / Requirements
- We are recruiting to fill the position of an Associate in the dispute resolution team
- Candidates should possess 4 to 7 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Ownership of drafting and nifty research abilities is essential.
- Understanding of regulated businesses, company and commercial law is required. Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods will be an advantage.
