Job Title: Operations & Continuous Improvement Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
- Reports to the Operation & Continuous Improvement Manager
- Ensure positive client/colleague relationship
- Assist departmental improvements.
- Handle information with parties during feedback sharing and drive enhancements.
- Developing policies &procedures and ensuring compliance
- Improving organizational functionality in alignment with the organizations core objectives
- Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company
- HND / B.Sc. in Management courses or any Social Science discipline.
- Experience: 0 – 3 years
- Demonstrate good use of Microsoft packages (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in project management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Innovative and creative with good externally orientation
- Sound business knowledge and self-confidence.
