Job Scope
- We are seeking a talented, self motivated, self starting creative individual with a passion to for connecting with current and future real estate buyers and sellers through content marketing, social media and traditional marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND in Marketing or any related field
- Excellent communication as well as positive and confident marketing skills
- Excellent Team Management ability, proven working experince as a real estate marketing executive
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sales. negotion and communication skills
- Pleasant and trusthworthy
- Must be able to write daily, weekly and monthly report in a clear and concise manner
- 1-3 years experince.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops & implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products & services
- Promote sales of lands and properties
- Develops and manages sales operating budgets
- Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets
- Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaings
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
- Manage overall sales and marketing activites that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events
- Be responsible for sales generation with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
Renumeration
Salary quite attractive with commissions.
