We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • To manage the financial health of the company by managing financial procedures; planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Prepare balance sheets and invoices.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements:

  • BSc degree (minimum of second class lower) or HND (minimum of a lower credit) in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as a finance officer or in a similar role.
  • Professional qualification as a CFA, ICAN is considered a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Experience using financial software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skill.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

Job Title: Field Trainer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • The position is responsible for providing training support for company restaurant operators to develop unparalleled culture and talent.


  • Coordination, facilitation and delivery of training programs
  • Work collaboratively with team to develop and deliver effective training programs
  • Plan and schedule training on regular basis
  • Prepare and maintain training course material
  • Inform about the training events in advance to field staffs
  • Complete training needs assessment to identify knowledge, skills, and / or ability gaps

Functional Competencies / Requirements

  • Minimum of university degree or equivalent in related discipline
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in training functions
  • CIPM or other relevant HR Certification is an added advantage
  • Restaurant / Hospitality industry experience is an added advantage
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach and influence others
  • Must be highly proactive and result driven
