Our range of services includes Solar training in Lagos, and other par of Nigeria, solar energy installation, Inverter installation, inverter repairs, Renewable energy consultancy, Sales of Inverter, Solar equipments and support services.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Solar Trainer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a solar Trainer
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the solar industry
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including theoretical, practical and mentoring sessions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- BSc degree in relevant field
- Additional certification in the relevant field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Conduct practical training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor alumni
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor students’ performance and response to training.
