A Food Production and Processing Services company in Lagos State is looking to urgently fill the following roles.




Job Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for achieving / exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.

Skilled in Territory Account Management, Sales, Key Account Development, Channel Sales, and Territory Development.

Principal Accountabilities

– Sales Target:
Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company.

– Marketing Support:
Coordinate with the Marketing Division to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.

– High Performance Team:
Coordinate with the Human Resources and the Line Managers to efficiently implement HR initiatives so as to motivate and lead a High Performance Team. Check individual performances of the Sales Team and motivate them, either through personal counselling and/or imparting training in tactical selling skills to improve and enhance their capabilities and sales performance.

– Market Knowledge:
Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.

– Sales Systems:
Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers.

– Finance & Accounts

Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections and receivables.

– Marketing Activities:
Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
Analyze the impact of such promotions and submit report to the Sales Manager for assessment and evaluation.


Other responsibilities

  • Responsible for both primary and secondary sales in his territory.
  • Manage distributor’s wholesale customers to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Ensure that the wholesale trade adheres to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures e.g warehousing standard, pricing, promotions etc.
  • Track and report primary and secondary sales of the key wholesalers in the area each month to get better visibility of sales and stocks
  • Manage the performance of the Open Market Merchandisers and achieve 90% + effectiveness levels
  • Clearly communicate Sales targets and sales execution objectives to the wholesalers.
  • Develop a plan to identify nonperforming wholesalers and develop or exit same for sustained business growth and in line with company agreed policies and principles.
  • Ensure that the visual presentation of customer outlets is as per agreed standards.
  • Responsible for the depletion of Distributors stock via the wholesale channels
  • Seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward.
  • Effectively manage the performance and development of wholesalers and look at evolving the high performing wholesalers to distributor status.
  • Create a positive environment that results in stable retention of Wholesalers and Trade Merchandisers.


Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Minimum : Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management preferably an MBA

10 – 12 years’ experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably in direct distribution channel.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing all complex industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure continuous production by constantly monitoring all electrical machines, motors, equipment and connections.
  • Prepare equipment maintenance / performance reports on monthly basis.
  • Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems.
  • Ensuring reliability of plant equipment.
  • Carrying out root cause analysis of failures.
  • During production, monitor the factory machines (electric motor) against excess current and voltage imbalance and over treating.
  • Drying system – regulation of the starch dryness (moisture content) via the centralize control system.
  • Control panels design, building and troubleshooting skills is mandatory
  • Electrical safety and protections of motors are mandatory skills
  • Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical requirements and replacements




  • OND/HND in electrical & electronic engineering from an accredited school.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in operations, installation, maintenance and repairs of all electrical & electronics systems.
  • Added advantage licensed as a professional engineer.
  • Experience in using the required tools and software with keen interest to learn
  • Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.

Job Description

  • Assist with the preparation of audit work papers, providing documentation and explanations as outlined in procedures yearly.
  • Provide trend analysis that provide important insight that improve efficiency
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure Annual Audit is managed within agreed deadlines.
  • Working with finance management to ensure improvements in internal processes, procedures and controls and in particular balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation of accurate management information including, statistical data, financial statement preparation and management reports, on a timely basis
  • Assisting internal and external auditors
  • Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with the month end closing process, reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable for accuracy, tie all sub-ledger to general ledger.
  • Review general ledger accounts for accuracy. Propose monthly end entries as needed.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financials and budget papers

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in Consumer Goods industry (preferably food and confectionery)
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business management or other related fields
  • First-hand experience in production supervision, shift management, quality control, etc
  • Must be comfortable with high volume turnout per production (minimum 10,000 cartons daily output and must be able to set targets accordingly)
  • Hands-on experience in running manufacturing processes reliably and efficiently
  • Experience in leading others
