Job Title: Asset and Fiduciary Management Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Develop sales strategies
  • Ensure the collation of sales proposals, prospectus.
  • Pursue sales leads and prospective clients.
  • Conduct appointments for inspections of property to prospective clients and accompany potential buyers during visits to and inspections of Property.
  • Generate monthly property status reports to your line manager.


  • B.Sc. in Marketing from University of Lagos.
  • Completed NYSC.
  • Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
  • 3 – 4 years’ experience
  • Not more than 28 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English Language and at least one Nigerian Language.
  • Have worked in a Real Estate Establishment.


Job Title: Research and Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Requirements
The candidate will be responsible for the following;

  • Land sourcing.
  • Liase with other Business executives around the country.
  • Identify business opportunities for the company.
  • Liase with government agencies and parastatals.
  • Coming up with Business proposals and Presentations that include knowledge of current market conditions for the Company.
  • Analytical research and pestle analysis.
  • Monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Not more than 30 years of age
  • Not less than 5 years’ experience in Business development
  • B.Sc. Business Development.
  • Worked in the real estate sector for at least 3 years
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Human relations and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Critical thinker.


Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • General managerial functions
  • Hotel service and Operations
  • Customer Services / Guest Relations
  • Marketing
  • Must possess necessary supervisory and leadership qualities
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly report for senior management

Requirements / Criteria

  • Not more than 28 years of age
  • 3 to 5 years experience in hotel management (Managerial role)
  • B.Sc in Business management
  • Master’s degree would be an added advantage
  • Lives in Lagos preferably on the Island
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
