Overview
The Quantity Surveyor ll of the Polytechnic shall report to the Polytechnic’s Director of Physical Planning to:
- Carry out assigned quantity Surveying duties on one or more major areas of the Institution
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experiences
Candidates must possess:
- A good Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey from a recognized University and a registered Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 – 6 years experience:
- A pass in the Final Examination of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and
- A pass in the Final Examination of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors:
- Must be proficient in Computer usage
- Possession of M.Sc. in Quantity Survey or accredited qualification in at least one other unrestricted construction industry proficiency or discipline, will be an added advantage.
