Job Title: Retail Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation for your team.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant Social Sciences
- 3 – 5 years work expeirnece.
- Proven Experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the retail sales and beauty,
- Familiarity with retail sales software
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Job Location: Lagos Island (Candidate should be willing to manage branches within assigned locations and travel as needed).
