Job Title: Digital Marketer

Overview
- The role holder will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing the digital marketing strategy and framework for the company.
- To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools & strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain the organisation’s social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise marketing efforts and optimise user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing or related role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Working knowledge of ad serving and web analytics tools
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
