Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery addresses.
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate/WAEC
- 2-3 years of work experience in the transport and logistics company.
- Must have a valid Riders’ card
- Must know 80% of Lagos roads
- Polite and able to get along with people.
- Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
