Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Oversee the management of all operational staff.
- Sustain high level ofoperational efficiency along designated routes.
- Oversee team responsible for management of bus passengers’ complaints and ensure gaps are closed.
- Track daily operational challenges and proffer appropriate solutions for these operational challenges.
- Manage processes directly and indirectly affecting road operations while collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with local, state, and federal traffic law enforcement officials, and other related government officials within the zone.
- Undertake any other duties consistent with the position and as required by management.
