We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Town / Urban Planner
Location: Lagos
Primary Responsibility.
- Responsible for conducting urban planning activities and recommending locations for roads, residences, hospitals, schools, utilities, fields, industrial complexes, and overall layout of projects in order to help the company solve economic and social issues, design and ensure the project complies with regulatory authorities and codes.
Requirements
- B.Sc / BTech / HND in Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent.
- 3 years experience, working as a Town or Urban and Regional Planner.
- Exposure to interconnected projects with both holistic and detail-oriented perspectives.
- Ability to make high-quality graphics, diagrams, maps, sketches with applicable software.
- Autocad and 3D Knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to generate high-quality graphics, diagrams, maps, sketches, and/or renderings.
- Detailed knowledge of the principles behind new urbanism, transit-oriented development, and complete street design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be good in technical report writing.
