Job Description
- Plan and manage the deployment activities for project within area of responsibility, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
- Responsible to execute and processes to keep the deployment activities on track
- Manages teams of subcontractors to implement network equipment and applications, from assembly and power up, through validation and commissioning.
- Monitor and control services delivery through operational KPIs
- Proactively anticipates and implements deployment competencies
- Ensures deployment management relies on fact-based and verified schedules and forecasts
- Collects information to provide latest estimates to completion
- Ensures that schedules and forecasts are kept up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
