Key Responsibilities
- Develop Shop strategies to raise customer’s pool, expand shop traffic and optimize profitability
- Collaborating with the providers and stock list programmers and making sure that the global products get transferred properly within the given time frame.
- Maintenance of excellent customer retention and participation in the organization’s sales activities.
- Assessment of new marketing and Sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective management
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other related fields
- Minimum of 10 years practical experience in similar position in FMCG, Banking industry
- Strong Analytical and numeric skills.
- Express oneself clearly and persuasively when making negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skills.
