Job Description/Responsibilities
- Responsible for increasing the number of agents in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, growth ideas, customers, partnerships, and new ways to reach & penetrate the existing market.
- Ability to manage & organize a team of BDE’s to meet and exceed target in our given market.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Manage agents complaints and proffer solutions to it.
Job Requirement/skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role.
- At least 2 years work experience.
- Be enthusiastic and have excellent relation-building skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in the Fintech or Banking Industry is an added advantage.
