SOSO CARE is a social enterprise health insurtech which aims to bridge the gap in health financing, trust and awareness by accepting cash or recycables as premium for health care access across over 1000 hospitals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Community Advocacy and Sales

Locations: Port Harcourt – Rivers and Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We’re looking to onboard visionaries to join our quest to close the gap on insurance distribution and drive behavioural engineering on recycling as a value for insurance premium.
  • The job will oversee all growth and operations of the business in Kaduna. You will develop integrated and creative user acquisition model built on customer data/ insights.
  • We are looking for someone with in-depth and bullish mindset of winning, understanding of insurance or service for informal sector.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in advocacy, leadership, micro insurance/finance,sales, business or similar role in health insurance, waste management, or social enterprise industry knowledge is a big plus.
  • Experienced in any of the following fields: marketing, business operations, micro finance and recycling will be highly appreciated.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly
