Job Title: People Operations Analyst

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: People & Culture

The Role

  • Flutterwave is looking for a People Operations Analyst will primarily provide support to the People & Culture Unit and collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal employee experience for Flutterwave employees.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Like

  • Work closely with the People Team leadership providing support in the implementation of company policies and process management
  • Support employee onboarding (documentation) and help oversee employee’s integration into the company
  • Support and assist in the development and documentation of company policies and procedures, communicating them to the wider team when required
  • Support employees in the enrollment of benefits and administrative support (HMO, Staff ID, Business cards, e.t.c)
  • Be a key player in the evaluation, implementations, and support of all people & culture team projects
  • Take responsibility for tracking timelines and milestones that will lead to the successful implementation of people projects
  • Participate in developing team goals, objectives, and systems
  • Follow through with data/documentation checklist ensuring accuracy in alignment with regulatory requirements across all work locations
  • Provide support during compliance and regulatory audits
  • Maintain and update employee database information via HRIS ( Bamboohr )
  • Manage and ensure People Team information on company’s intranet are accurate and duly updated as changes occur
  • Maintain employee files and People & Culture team filing system
  • Provide support with the day-to-day operation of the P & C
  • Travel Desk: Manage travel for the team (airfare ticket booking, hotel booking e.t.c) working closely with companies onboarded travel vendors
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Required Competency and Skillset to be a Waver

  • At least 3 years experience working in the Human Resources department, shared service experience is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced Tech environment
  • Tech savvy with good knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Offices
  • Strategic thinker; deploying proactive approach in the execution of daily responsibilities
  • Exhibit high level of understanding as regards confidentiality
  • Ability to handle pressure/conflict
  • Self-motivated
  • Great team player/collaborator
  • Excellent Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Be honest and reliable
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
