Job Title: Managing Director

Responsibilities
As a true Manager you will:
- Present the policy and strategic guidelines
- Define and implement the business plan and objectives.
- Propose adapted measures to increase the returns of the company
- Drive a clear-cut oversight of your business.
- A good knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market
Candidate’s Profile
- 40 to 50 years old, with Graduate or Post-graduate Degrees and at least 15 years of post-graduate experience including at least 10 years of successful experience in a senior management” position in a technical department of an insurance or reinsurance company
- Be registered as a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
- Have successfully passed due diligence tests.
- Must be a strategic thinker with a high level of integrity
- Ability to understand an organization’s strengths and weaknesses, analyze competition and changes in the market.
- Identify external threats and opportunities
- Some knowledge of French will be an advantage.
