Job Title: Regional Operations Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish a path to onboarding Bus operators in the region that suits company objectives.
• Develop and manage relationships with bus operators.
• Directly responsible for the supply field agents assigned under your jurisdiction by the
• head of operations.
• Drive in sales by sourcing new clients and develop means of retaining existing clients
• Facilitate communication between customers, bus operators and the organisation
• Supervise ticket sales and ticket sales staff at terminals.
• Report and escalate various issues for resolution.
• Engage and support customer acquisition drive.
• Daily and weekly reconciliation with the finance department.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND Degree
• 3-7 years of experience as an Operation Executive in the Logistics industry
• Previous experience handling long distance operators.

Salary
Negotiable.
