Lendsqr is making sure that Nigerians assess loans at the time of their need by helping lenders reach these borrowers at scale. Our LaaS (lending-as-Service) provides lenders with cloud technology, data, and native integrations that help lenders lend securely, cost effectively, sustainably and ethically. We also provide the expertise required for navigating the required technology and uniquely designed solutions suited to lenders’ needs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Work Type: Part Time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and modern graphics for our various channels. The graphics will not only inform but grab our audience’s attention and tell a story.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a creative flair and is able to translate requirements into quality design. You have a sound knowledge of current design software and good understanding of the design process from conception to results as well as a good understanding of branding.

Responsibilities

  • Determine requirements from the design briefs provided
  • Schedule projects and defines budget
  • Conceptualize visuals and prepare rough drafts to present ideas
  • Develop social media designs, illustrations and logos using design software
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Product Design team to produce the final design
  • Test graphic and implement feedback

Competencies/Skills:

  • Proven experience in graphic design
  • Strong design portfolio
  • Familiarity with relevant design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Good communication skills
