Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N’ Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Commissary Coordinator
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Regular stock update reports, variance report, OER audit reports
- Ensure compliance in the commissary with all required standards
- Control food cost by minimizing spoilage, utilize food surplus and portion control and FIFO
- Supervise accuracy and costing during month end inventory
- Coordinates production, warehouse, inventory, distribution, and all operations within,
- Oversees the maintenance work done in the premises,
- Follows up with every receiving from the warehouse and with delivery to each store,
- Ensures the facility programs are strictly adhered To,
- Responsible for coordinating FSMS, QMS within the commissary,
- Ensure there is adequate stock for both finished product and raw material and must not be over stocked
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage / Administration
- 5 years or more Experience
- Experience with the food and beverage industry and training /teaching
- High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
- Good analytical skills
- Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude
- Knowledgeable on Food safety,
- Great leadership skills,
- Team player,
- Inventory control,
- Good at Microsoft office and Excel,
- Good communication skill,
- Material management,
- Knowledge of NAV or SAP is a MUST.
