Job Description
- To ensure smooth day to day operational activities in the branch
- Provide leadership in service quality and operational excellence at the branch
- Ensure that all customers receive a consistently high-quality service by effectively managing and developing all available resources and where necessary ensuring quick service recovery
Qualification
- First Degree

- 4-5 Years’ experience in supervisory and administrative capacity.
