Job Description

  • To ensure effective monitoring of clients’ benefits applications and that all customer transactions are called over timely to detect or prevent any service exception.
  • To proactively resolve customer-related issues and where necessary ensure quick service recovery.

Qualification

  • First Degree Field of Study – General Social Science

Experience:

  • 3-4 Years’ experience in Business Support and Wealth Management functions
