We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Business Partner

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring progress of current orders to meet customers expected promised dates
  • Quoting and handling customer enquiries and subsequent follow ups
  • Outbound customer service calls to check satisfaction
  • Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment on a day-to-day basis
  • Communicates team goals, project updates, and staff performance with the management team.
  • Strictly adheres to deadlines by communicating expectations to team members, setting goals, motivating team members
  • Creates an atmosphere centered on delivering superior customer service at all times.
  • Supervises team members in duties and performance.
  • Monitors and reports the performance of the team.
  • Advises management in hiring and termination decisions when necessary.
  • Oversees work quality and verifies satisfactory meetings of company standards.
  • Works with management team to set and evaluate projects and overall goals.
  • Maintains strong working knowledge of company products and services and offers.
  • Tracks and records the service goal, employee development, and department records and statistics.


  • Previous experience of managing people/leading and motivating a customer service team
  • Previous experience of working in a corporate environment, ideally financial industry
  • Passionate about customer excellence
  • Able to build relationships and a team environment quickly
  • Industry background helpful but not essential
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
