Job Title: Junior Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Our team is expanding and we currently need to fill the role of a junior facility manager that will be responsible for ensuring the availability of basic amenities, supervising facility operations, and coordinating building inspection and maintenance.
- The junior facility manager will also be expected to draft reports and make written recommendations as regards the state of Company facilities.
- The role also requires you to supervise janitors and site technicians, monitor all technical activities, and ensure prompt collection and remittance of Service Charge.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge in technical/engineering operations and facility management best practices.
- Excellent people management, verbal and written communication skill.
