Job Title: Shift Engineering Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
- Effective planning of preventive maintenance
- Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skill and knowledge
- Ensuring that changes and modification to plants/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations
- Ensuring that all production machines are optimally available
- Ensuring that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations
- Monitoring/ co-ordinating factory operations for improved OEE measurement/performance
- Ensuring efficient supports for factory operations
- Ensuring total compliance to technical operating standards
- Ensuring safe installations of machineries/equipment.
Requirements
- A University Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering
- Three (3) years relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical & Electrical repairs/maintenance
- Hands on Engineering process management knowledge and application
