We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Document Controller

Locations: Delta and Rivers

Job Details

  • Establishing and maintaining document control procedures and processes to ensure the efficient management of project documentation.
  • Organizing and categorizing documents according to project requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate document exchange and communication.
  • Generating reports and maintaining documentation logs to track document status and progress.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation as requested.
  • Managing the document control system, including document tracking, version control, and access permissions.
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
  • Retrieving and archiving documents in accordance with retention policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with document formatting, editing, and quality control to maintain consistency and professionalism.
  • Providing training and support to project team members on document control procedures and systems.
