We produce a range of locally-made baby and toddler cereals from everyday home-grown items like vegetables, fruits, and grains.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Customer Service Trainee

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • The Marketing/Customer Service Trainee role is designed to provide comprehensive training and exposure to both marketing and customer service functions within the organization. This position supports the marketing and customer service teams by assisting with various tasks and projects to gain practical experience and develop skills in these areas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital social media, email, and print.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content.
  • Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for social media platforms and blog posts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners to provide information, support, and assistance.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating customer events, promotions, and other activities to foster customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and customer service teams, including data entry, file management, and scheduling.
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed to support marketing and customer service activities.


  • First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing and customer service with a desire to develop skills in both areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required.

N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
