Job Description
- Conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
- Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or the overall brand.
- Developing engaging and persuasive content for various channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales product development, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, or product launches.
- Developing strategies to engage and retain customers through loyalty programs or targeted communications.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND or Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration / Marketing with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong understanding of physical and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
