Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju-Lekki – Lagos Abia, Akwa Ibom, Borno, Cross River, Enugu, Imo & Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • At Shulifang Biotechnology, the Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products, including edibleoildetergent, hand washing liquid etc by engaging with customers directly at various markets.
  • The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and market stakeholders to secure prime selling locations.
  • Set up attractive and eye-catching product displays to attract customers’ attention.
  • Engage with customers proactively, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and offering recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to showcase their value proposition.
  • Actively promote sales through special offers, discounts, and product demonstrations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or replenishment needs to the management team.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding product preferences, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives at the market level.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 15 years relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Familiarity with the local market landscape and customer preferences is a plus.
