- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our construction team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects by ensuring that work on the construction site is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to interpret and implement project plans and specifications.
- Ensure that construction activities align with approved designs, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with construction crews and subcontractors to schedule and manage work on-site.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports and as-built drawings.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that work meets specified standards.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, inspectors, and project team members.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
