Job Title: Phone Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Phone Technician is needed.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Must be self-motivated, willing to learn new concepts, technologies and products quickly;
- Have strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
Job Duties
- Establish and maintain the detailed knowledge of products and services necessary for ongoing support, repair and maintenance.
- Establish positive relationship to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handles customer complaints promptly and in a professional manner
- Quality repair and maintenance of mobile phones.
- Document faults discovered in repaired phones for reference purpose.
