Job Scope
- Receive indent and material request from User Departments
- Ensure Procurement SOP is followed
- Ensure preferential status by Vendors
- Ensure best commercials and highest quality possible
- On-time deliveries
- In-time Reports
- Ensure market intelligence is available to seniors
- Ensure best prices by Vendors
- Ensure High C Sat
- Manage relationships with Vendors and User Departments
- Receive Quotes and prepare Comparative Sheets
- Follow up on timely approvals and Deliveries
- Prepare Reports and compute Variance
- Market Visits and Market Intelligence
- Negotiate with Vendors
- Satisfy Customer Requirements
- Ensure Cost Savings for the Company
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate Degree in Economics, Marketing or relevant discipline.
- Experience
- Market Knowledge
- Budgeting / Budget Management
- Relationship Management
- Proficient in MS Office and Tally
- 8-10 years’ experience with 4years in managerial role
- Experience in procurement for a manufacturing company preferred
- Numeracy
- Negotiation
