 Job Title: Category Manager

Your Role
  • Accountable for setting up and delivering on growth objectives for the category you would be an assertive “growth enabler” who has a positive track record of maneuvering through the various challenges that faced the Nigerian markets last year.
  • Leading the strategy development, NPD and consumer communication.
  • Developing a clear vision combining all the factors of local /regional and global strategic initiatives you would generate the annual and three year brand plans to deliver the business.
  • Working with a team you should be able to carry people with you and develop / mentor talent to higher levels.
  • 8+ years of work experience.
  • Can demonstrate use and understanding of market & customer insight to drive decision making and activity.
  • Adept at translating insight into actionable plans that drive commercial benefit.
  • Brand Management and Trade Marketing experience, clear evidence of strong commercial and business rigor with “end to end” thinking.
  • High Preference for Nigerian Nationals.
  • Must have experience in the consumer goods industry.

Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

Your Role
  • You should come armed with a degree in finance and professionals qualifications.
  • Bringing 8+ years of quality experience to the table you would be responsible for delivering financial insights, analysis and support to the sales organization. Supporting the customer growth plans across the area by leading the preparation of the financial evaluation of the new commercial ideas and proposals.
  • Coordinate the overall trade spend process, rigorously analyses and interprets information on trade investment performance and report trade investment trends that need business attention.
  • Assist to enforce current trade spend control process and look into opportunity to strengthen trade spend control.
  • Strengthens control in trade returns charge to trade spend bucket and perform sufficient checks to minimize the activities , Verifies against trading term, to advise sales team for any missing term not created.
  • Advises and monitors sales team to resolve any customer financial related issues.
  • Ability to influence governance.
  • Drive ad hoc projects within the business, drive cross team development, always look out for process improvement and keeping things simple.
  • Interact proactively with key internal clients including Sales Team, Category and Commercial Planning Team
  • High Preference for Nigerian Nationals .
