We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sourcing Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensure the dispatch rider is providing leads in the form of sourcing reports
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of all properties secured
- Acquire new properties to the company portfolio
- Report directly to sales and letting manager
- Turn in daily report on field activities
- Communicate/negotiate with landlords and developers to secure instructions
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of Bachelors / Diploma in any field
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Lagos Island and its environs
- Rugged, smart and innovative individuals with proven track records
- Good communication/presentation skill (both oral written)
- Self-driven, fast learning and agile individuals
- Ability to work in a team
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
- Ability to speak more than one ethnic language will be an added advantage.
- Resident in Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah and Ikoyi
