1.) Site / Civil Engineer

Description
- A construction company with their Head Office in Ikoyi, Lagos, requires for immediate employment, the service of an innovative Civil Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Requirements and Skills
- BS / MA in Civil Engineering/ Building Technology
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in constructing roads
- knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- License of professional engineer.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.

2.) Finishing Architect
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Project Directors and Managers and Program Manager to develop high quality architectural engineering solutions detailing procedures, methodologies and guidelines for ensuring effective estimation, design and implementation.
- Develop guidelines for executing architectural risk management activities for QPM structures to help onsite teams to deliver high quality architectural designs ensuring compliance with regulatory and HSE standards.
- Advise and monitor onsite engineers on architectural engineering calculations, plans, designs, layouts in alignment with project specifications and project cost estimates.
- Serve as the onsite resource for all matters related to architecture, finishing and design quality by developing and reviewing blueprints, drawings and providing feedback and sketches to rectify design errors to be incorporated in drawings by Designers/Drafters.
- Site coordination between other disciplines with Construction.
Requirements
- Candidate must be Graduate of Architecture.
- More than 5 years of experience at the field of finishing work management.
- Can work under pressure.
- Open to be assigned in Project Site.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent for use Autocad & Computer Skills.
- Can start immediately.
- Work experience in high rise building projects.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly

3.) Facility Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Facility Officer with Residential property management experience of not less than 3 years is urgently required firm
- Assist with the delivery of repairs and facility management policies and carry out estate management inspections on all of the properties in conjunction with the Facility Manager
- MBWA (Manage by Walking Around) to determine the performance of key service providers
- Provide technical advice to other team members/other staff or to tenants
- Ensure rent and service charges collection is effective across all tenancies
- Practical knowledge of the MOMAS vending system
- Understanding of the various water system (reverse osmosis etc)
- Continuous operational management of the facility to ensure the optimal functionality of the property and its critical facilities.
- Ensure tenancy compliance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement.
- Proactively manage rent arrears to ensure that they are kept to an agreed minimum
- Participate in out of hours emergency maintenance service.
- Carry out other duties, within the scope of the job, and meet the needs and requirements of the business.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
